S.C. VIMETCO POWER ROMANIA S.R.L., owner of the project “Construction of 250 MW power plant”, announces the interested public about the decision taken on the framing phase by A.R.P.M. Galati, with the environmental impact assessment and without appropriate assessment, within the assessment procedures in environmental impact and appropriate assessment, for the “Construction of 250 MW power plant”, planned to be developed in S.C. ALUM S.A. Tulcea premises, 82 Isaccei street, Tulcea county.

The draft of framing decision and the underlying reasons could be consulted at ARPM Galati headquarters, 2 Regiment 11 Siret street, from Monday to Friday, 08:00-14:00, and also on the web site http://arpmgl.anpm.ro.

The interested public may submit comments/observations to the draft of framing decision within 5 days from the date of publication of this announcement, until 25.04.2012.

The interested public may submit proposals regarding the content of the report on the environmental impact assessment at ARPM Galati headquarters, 2 Regiment 11 Siret street, and also at the following e-mail address: office@arpmgl.anpm.ro, within 10 days from the date of publication of this announcement, until 04.05.2012.
