Current Report : Communiqué regarding the availability of the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021

ALUM S.A. (“ALUM”) informs the shareholders and investors on the availability of the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, prepared in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation no. 5/2018 issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority (“FSA”) for issuers and operations with securities and with the provisions of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BSE”) Code, starting with 27 April 2022. The financial results for 2021 were approved by the Annual General Shareholders Meeting ("GSM"), which was held on 27 April 2022.

ALUM Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 was prepared in accordance with the Ministry of Public Finance Order no. 1802/2014 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations on individual and consolidated annual financial statements, with subsequent amendments.

This communiqué was simultaneously sent to BSE and FSA.
