Significant event to be reported: resignations from the Board of Directors, appointment interim directors and General Manager

The Company informs the investors and the interested public that, following the resignations from the Board of Directors of Mr. Gheorghe Dobra and Mr. Marin Cilianu it proceeded according to the legal provisions to appoint Mrs. Genoveva Năstase as interim director and chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Răzvan-Sebastian Pop as interim director.

The Company will fill the vacancies according to the corresponding legal provisions, summoning in this regard the General Shareholders Meeting.

Also, the Company proceeded to appoint Mr. Gigi Pîrlog as General Manager of the Company for a four-years mandate valid from the appointment date, following the expiration of the mandate of the former general manager
