Current report on Alum’s admittance to the alternative trading system – ATS

Alum Tulcea admitted to the alternative trading system ATS, administered by BSE

Tulcea, 3 April 2015 – Alum Tulcea (BSE: BBGA) (“Alum”, “the Company”), the only alumina producer in Romania, was admitted to the alternative trading system ATS, administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE).

The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) admitted, as per decision 631/02.04.2015 for trading on ATS Alum S.A. Tulcea shares, in accordance with the similar decision of BSE, from March 20^th, 2015 and with the Decision no. 37 taken by the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Alum from December 23^rd, 2014.
