Significant event to be reported: interim Director appointment

The Company informs the investors and the interested public that, following the resignation from the Board of Directors of Mr. Aleksandr Barabanov it proceeded according to the legal provisions to appoint Mr. Igor Higer as interim director and vice-chairman of the Board of Directors, by today's decision of the Board of Directors.

The Company will fill the vacancies according to the corresponding legal provisions.
