Communiqué regarding the availability of the Half-Year Report for the six months ended 30 June 2020

ALUM S.A. (“ALUM”) informs the shareholders and investors on the availability of the Half-Year Report for the six months ended 30 June 2020, prepared in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation no. 5/2018 issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority (“FSA”) for issuers and operations with securities starting with 12 August 2020, after 08:15 p.m. (Bucharest time).

ALUM Half-Year Report for the six months ended 30 June 2020 was prepared in accordance with the Ministry of Public Finance Order no. 2206/2020 for the approval of the Accounting Reporting System on 30 June 2020 for the economic operators, as well as for the modification and completion of some accounting regulations.

This communiqué was simultaneously sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
