Alum Tulcea shares, admitted

 to the alternative trading system ATS - AeRO

Tulcea, 6 May 2015 – Alum Tulcea (BSE: BBGA) (“Alum”, “the Company”), the only alumina producer in Romania, was admitted to the alternative trading system ATS - AeRO, administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE). The trading of Alum shares on the electronic system administered by BSE will begin on May 12^th.

The shares will be traded on XRS1 and XDS1 markets, following the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) determination of minimum deal value.

Bucharest Stock Exchange admitted, as per Decision 362/04.05.2015, for trading on ATS - AeRO Alum S.A. Tulcea shares, in accordance with the similar Decision no. 632/02.04.2015 of FSA.

BSE decision is available on the Company’s web site, www.alum.ro and also on BVB, FSA’ web sites.
