Alum announces temporary Board Changes

We hereby inform all the persons who may be interested that, on March 24, 2009, a Board Meeting was held, in which, Mr. Marian Cilianu was appointed member and Vice-President of the Board of Directors on a temporary basis. Mr. Cilianu Marian accepted the nomination.
At the next General Shareholders Meeting a new Member of the Board of Directors will be officially elected.
